I don't understand why this app hasn't been updated. I've used for close to 3 years and there's almost zero improvements. Doesn't motivate me to use Mulberry's. There should be pricing for everything, more than 2 locations in the Bay Area listed, better ability to make special requests, turn-around times for household items and repairs. In fact, there's an enormous lack of info on ALL the services offered. And, it should be easier to find help when you need it.

There's basic functionality, but app will not be let you select different drop off dates, even if your site has prescheduled days. Also they send out email discounts but don't use codes anymore so there's no need way to use the code, but the email brings you to a website where not all pick up locations are shown. Seems like there's been glitches in the app for a 2 years with no fixes. Handy dry cleaning service though, appreciate the pick up/drop off, wooden hangers, and green cleaning!

Laundry supposedly had a 2-day turnaround but were delivered a day late. The app said that they were delivered on the day that they were due but did not appear for another day. Customer service was very unhelpful.
