MultiLife is a multicomponent mHealth toolkit developed by the Indian Council of Medical Research – Regional Medical Research Centre (ICMR-RMRC), Bhubaneswar to support individuals living with cardiometabolic multimorbidity (CMM) such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, and stroke.
The app empowers users to improve their health through customized digital reminders, lifestyle guidance, and health education videos. It is designed as part of a community-based digital health intervention under the ICMR project “Effectiveness of a lifestyle toolkit in improving health outcomes in individuals with cardiometabolic multimorbidity and its intergenerational prevention.”
