I purchased the membership for expecting early access to IPL tickets, but the experience has been very disappointing. When the booking window opened , there were very few tickets available despite the so-called “early access” benefit. It feels misleading, as the membership promises priority booking, but in reality, it doesn’t provide any real advantage. Most tickets seem to be gone even before members can access them. This makes the membership feel like a waste of money.

Pretty decent app overall. You can buy tickets, membership, get timely updates and news about the team and management and even find stats too but it's in a desperate need of UI overhaul as it looks like a basic web app right now.

For such an excellent franchise, the service is shockingly poor. When purchasing anything from Me Shop, absolutely no information regarding the order is provided. There is no customer care number available where one can speak to someone to obtain details about the product. My experience has been very negative; I would strongly urge people to think twice and carefully consider their decision before buying anything from Me Shop.
