mungbean is a new social media app where you're assigned to a chatroom in a geofence. Hangout with people in your map area, create and upvote content, meet new friends, and much more.
The chat rooms grow and shrink depending on who's online, so you’re never overwhelmed. Share your content in real-time with a deliberately small, intimate audience, and get instant feedback. When you're bored, discover what’s trending on the front page, where you can find a leaderboard of the best pictures, jokes, memes, and content from around the world.

- Hangout in a hyperlocal group chat with random nearby people inside your map area
- Share pics, random memes, stories, news articles, and more. Upvote and comment on content you find interesting.
