Muscle Echo is an offline-first workout management app that allows you to systematically record and analyze your weight training.
During your workout, you can select a routine to quickly record sets, weight, reps, and rest times. After your workout, you can check your PRs, workout volume, stimulation by body part, and growth trends based on your performance records.
You can create your own routines or combine multiple routines to manage weekly or multi-week programs. You can start by referring to preset programs, and it also provides routine creation workflows that can be used with external AI apps such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
Muscle Echo first stores workout data on your device. It can be used without an account, and cloud backup and synchronization are available only when needed by logging in with Google or Apple. Key Features:
