Less planning. More training.
When you train alone, it’s easy to waste time deciding what to do next, checking your phone again or simply repeating the same familiar combinations.
Solo Fight runs your workout with real-time voice commands, so you can focus on training instead of trying to remember the next exercise or what was written in your program.
We know that anyone can create an app that calls out a random sequence of strikes. The real challenge was building combinations that connect naturally and make sense for the style you’re training.
Solo Fight’s smart engine builds sequences using tactical logic: a jab sets up the cross, defense flows into a counter, strikes connect naturally, and attacks finish with the right movement.
Each combat style has its own techniques, rules and patterns. This keeps the workout varied and unpredictable without turning it into a random, meaningless sequence. The system is based on hundreds of rules and definitions developed with coaches and tested in real training sessions.
Solo Fight offers four combat styles: Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing and Wrestling. You can set the level, pace, round length and the skills you want to work on.
Coaches and athletes who want a more focused workout can customize it:
• Build and save your own combinations
• Choose techniques you want to practice more
• Blend your combinations into the smart workout
• Decide which strikes and exercises to include or leave out
• Train on a heavy bag, shadowbox, or practice wrestling solo or with a partner
Every athlete knows that good technique is only part of the picture. Without strength, conditioning and endurance, it’s difficult to maintain your pace, power and focus throughout a workout.
Solo Fight brings combat training, fitness and strength together in one place. Choose a fitness workout, a strength session or a workout that combines combat sequences with physical exercises—and build a complete training routine that helps you go further.
Select the equipment you have, match exercises to your goals and organize your workouts throughout the week. You can also automatically generate a structured strength plan based on your level and training focus.
Suitable for beginners too:
A voice-led training app might sound like something designed only for people who already know how to train, but Solo Fight also supports those taking their first steps.
The Beginner Path guides you step by step through short lessons and focused voice-led practice.
In the Academy, you can learn at your own pace with explanations, illustrations and short videos for selected techniques. There’s also a fitness library that helps you understand how to perform the exercises used in your workouts.
