Mutma'innah is a free, ad-free Islamic companion designed to bring the Holy Qur'an, prayer times, Qibla, Darood Sharif, duas, azkar and everyday Islamic tools together in one calm and beautifully designed app. The complete experience is available in both English and Urdu, with a focus on simplicity, privacy and a peaceful reading experience.
The app includes the complete Holy Qur'an with all 114 Surahs in authentic Uthmani script, available offline, along with Kanz-ul-Iman by Imam Ahmed Raza Khan رحمۃ اللہ علیہ, Irfan-ul-Quran by Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, and an English translation of Kanz-ul-Iman. Tajweed colour coding helps with correct recitation, while verse-by-verse audio is available from six renowned Qaris. You can bookmark ayahs, add personal notes, search Surahs and ayahs, continue reading from where you left off, access an abridged English Tafsir Ibn Kathir, and share any ayah as a beautifully designed image.
Mutma'innah also provides daily prayer times based on your location, a live countdown to the next Salah and the Hijri date. It supports multiple calculation methods, including Umm al-Qura, Karachi, ISNA, Muslim World League, Egyptian General Authority and Shia Ithna-Ashari, along with Hanafi or Standard Asr calculations and 12- or 24-hour time formats. You can also manually select your city if you prefer not to share your location. The Qibla compass is corrected for magnetic declination and shows your distance to Makkah, with a manual calibration mode for weaker sensors.
For those who love Darood Sharif and traditional Islamic readings, Mutma'innah includes Dala'il al-Khayrat arranged according to the days of the week, Darood Tanjeena, Darood Taj, Darood Ibrahimi, Darood-e-Ghausia and Qasida Burda Sharif. It also offers daily and weekly duas and azkar, including Syed-ul-Astaghfar, 40 Astaghfar, weekly astaghfar, Rabbana duas from the Qur'an, Ta'awwuz, Shukr, Zikr-o-Tahleelat, Dua-e-Rikaab and seven Istighatha readings.
You can explore Asma-ul-Husna, the 99 Names of Allah with their English and Urdu meanings, as well as Asma-un-Nabi ﷺ, featuring the blessed names of the Holy Prophet ﷺ.
Mutma'innah also includes practical everyday tools such as a digital Tasbeeh counter with gentle haptic feedback, a Salah tracker and a Zakat calculator based on the silver Nisab threshold, supporting cash, gold, silver, business assets and investments in USD and PKR. Its unique "How is your heart today?" feature lets you choose how you are feeling, such as anxious, angry, grateful, confused or tempted, and provides relevant Qur'anic verses, duas and Prophetic guidance with references. Your home screen also brings you an Ayah of the Day, Dua of the Day and Darood of the Day.
The reading experience is built around your preferences, with complete English and Urdu interfaces, proper right-to-left support, Naskh or Nastaliq Urdu fonts, a choice of Arabic Mushaf fonts, separate font-size controls for Arabic, Urdu and English text, and both light and dark themes.
Mutma'innah is completely free, contains no advertisements, requires no sign-up and does not track you. Your bookmarks, notes, Tasbeeh counts and settings remain on your own device. Your location is used only to calculate prayer times and Qibla direction. An internet connection is required for prayer-time updates, recitation audio and Tafsir, while the Qur'anic text, translations, duas, Darood and azkar are stored inside the app and remain available offline.
