App installs in Spanish with no way of switching to English. please fix this already

unusable. installs in Spanish. no way to change it. I don't know any spanish.

This installs in some version of Spanish with no apparent ability to change to English. Clearly, this app isn't ready for public use yet. I tried installing it again 2 months later, and it was the same issue. It insists on installing in Spanish with no way to change it to English. What is wrong with these people?
