The Miio app was an excellent tool to use around Portugal for our EV rental car. I highly recommend to add money to your wallet as-needed for any tourist visiting a country where the app works. Connecting to the EV charging stations were a breeze, it even let's you know when an EV station is in-use so you can plan ahead, or look for another station. Highly recommend!

give very bad customer service I put €40 on my card last April2025. I've never been able to use it either the station tells you that they tell you that's the right cables doesn't work the card says not working I ask for a refund three time the last I just go told no refunds,I would not recommends this if you want to lose your money they gave you total wrong information about where the stations are and what they provide, never been able to used no refound, this can not be right. now January 2026.

do not even bother to turn on the notifications, it's just another channel for advertising
