very bad customer service I put €40 on my card last April2025. I've never been able to use it either the station tells you that they tell you that's the right cables doesn't work the card says not working I ask for a refund three time the last I just go told no refunds,I would not recommends this if you want to lose your money they gave you total wrong information about where the stations are and what they provide, never been able to used no refound, this can not be right. now January 2026.

charged me for connecting to a station which I didn't even try to connect to and showed I charged from 67%-67% so just blatant theft. Shows stations as busy when they are not, so couldn't charge there, but the ones that are being used show open when they have all the ports on the station taken. The stations themselves showed the cars charging or not this app just doesn't know. Does not accept South African numbers to register, just in case you need to know.

Extremely expensive. Not sure if it is only the app. on the charging station it was marked 0.09euros but via this app i paid 1.09 euros per kw. and it was a pretty slow AC charger. the most expensive charge ever. Such things make people run away from electric cars, disappointing. Also not to mention the 20 minimum card payment and so on.
