Since the last update, I can't log in. Asked for my email, then phone number, sms code times out before I can enter it, then back to asking for an email. Just looping all the time. Unusable.

Absolutely useless, we have €40 prepaid into this app and have not succeeded in charging using it once. After going through all of the steps required to initiate the app including repeatedly having dismiss attempts to get us to sign up to monthly payments we got a message telling us it wasn't possible to charge using the app we would have to get a card or key from miio to use their service. This has happened three times since arriving in Portugal. All we want from Miio is a refund of our €40.

The Miio app was an excellent tool to use around Portugal for our EV rental car. I highly recommend to add money to your wallet as-needed for any tourist visiting a country where the app works. Connecting to the EV charging stations were a breeze, it even let's you know when an EV station is in-use so you can plan ahead, or look for another station. Highly recommend!
