App does not work at 7 different charging points I tried in Portugal. All machines say they require a physical card. I have tried contacting support multiple times to be refunded on the credit which I did not use and nobody ever responds. This app is a SCAM.

No support during weekends. No telephone contact. No live chat available for support. User registration full of problems (still not working after technical support trying to resolve for several days). Just terrible.

Total garbage experience, unintuitive app, very poor customer service. Took weeks to verify my direct debit so when I needed a charge away from home it wouldn't work. Converted account to prepay and added 20€ so I could charge enough to get home. This worked out at 1.14€ per kWh! At home it's 0.20€ per kWh. Further more they took the 20€ twice and when I asked for the second one back they tried to charge 1€ for the refund but then took another 20€.
