They always charge me extra, I had another number which I had requested almost a year ago to be deactivated and I had been charged for extra 299 monthly rental. Several times requested and now they are saying I need to pay pro-rata amount after finally deactivating the other number. They charge you for downloading stuff which have never downloaded the network issue is always there, slow internet and stuff.

worst customer support team ever, vi shows unlimited data but have only 300GB limit for unlimited packs, once you cross it data speed drops drastically. NO SUPPORT AGENT HELPS, users have to explain the issue 100 times to agent and yet they don't understand. We can't track this total data usage out of 300GB. BEWARE VI UNLIMITED PACK HAS 300GB DATA LIMIT, IT IS NOT UNLIMITED AT ALL. App needs extreme updates, very slow and too much ads, NEED IMPROVEMENT. SUPPORT Agents are THE WORST WORST

Total Scammers. Do not have any option to call the customer care in the app, do not have option to select network issue to raise complaint. Waste company, simply eating out money and not provided valuable service. I have recharged for Rs. 22 of 1 GB data today morning around 10:30 A.M and connected to my work laptop, couldn't even able to attend one Teams call and disconnected in few seconds, with in 2 hours it has reduced to 0.3 GB. How the heck did it get so much consumed when not used?
