If there is a definition of a horrible app that "tries" to do a lot of things at once and at the same time is good at absolutely none of those things that it attempts to do, it is this! Welcome to the world of Vodafone where nothing works and you still end up paying through your nose. a simple bill payment from outside the country takes a minimum of 8 attempts each of which will cost you 5 mins of your life that you'll never get back. Pretty much the definition of service that Vodafone provides.

Worst SIM delivery service ever. Ordered a VIP number and paid in advance, but never received the SIM. Instead, I keep getting random calls from the store — some asking me to come and collect it, others suggesting I cancel and take the same number from them directly. Now they say it’s an issue with the delivery partner — but that’s not my problem. If home delivery isn’t actually available, why advertise it everywhere? I’ve called multiple times but all I hear is ‘please wait’ with no resolution.

AVOID THIS NETWORK PROVIDER AT ALL COSTS! I've been a customer of Vi for a while now, and the network speed (or lack thereof) is absolutely appalling. Despite registering multiple complaints about the issues, NOTHING HAS CHANGED. 🙄 The speeds are glacial, and it's like they're not even trying to improve. I've had to waste so much time waiting for pages to load, videos to buffer, and calls to connect. It's frustrating and unacceptable. ZERO STARS IF I COULD GIVE IT! 🚫
