I have been using the Vi app for quite some time now, and overall, my experience has been good. The app is user-friendly and allows me to recharge my number quickly without any hassle. I can easily check my data balance, validity, and offers in just a few taps.The app also sends timely reminders for recharge, which is helpful. I like the rewards section and the exclusive data offers they sometimes provide.However, sometimes the app takes a bit longer to load or shows errors during peak hours.

worst app and customer service. try to call customer care all I can talk to ai and when tried to contact customer care executive all line are busy for last 1.5-20 hour and Ai is saying your are an important castumar to us and when try to connect with app is showing dynamic errors and and slower than a turtle . I think its better to shutdown your telecom company if you can't handle your customer. I am paying 399 for data services but can't use it bcoz data work nhi krega, videodownload nhi hori

too much of ads and consumption of Wi-Fi data to recharge for single time. compared with Airtel app your app too slow and irritating more. request you to test your app in mobile data. unable to sucess in my mobile data due to low net speed so today I used airtel Wi-Fi to recharge my VI Sim. even though too delay.
