I tried to pull up my coupons, but the app continued to spin, and then I received a reload error. I ended up installing the app and reinstalling nothing. Now I get an error message saying something went wrong. I had to leave some items because I could not access my discounts. Apparently, this is an ongoing issue because the lady at the register said it just happened to another customer

Very frustrating app. It does not matter if you take a photo of your receipt ten times it declines it. It says wrong location (no,there is only one Puma store in the area and it is at Tanger) can't see store brand (puma logo is clearly visible in each photo) It's so frustrating to try to upload receipts so many times for them to keep being declined when they're very clearly able to be seen in the photos. I was trying out the app to see if I wanted to purchase a membership, nope too much trouble

This app was great before the update. It had all the important things I needed when I visited a Tanger Outlet. It made it easy to find a map. To find out what stores were there. Then they updated it. Now I'm forced to login to access ANYTHING (which almost made me uninstall immediately) and the most useful things like the map and store listings for each Tanger Outlet are gone or so hard to find I don'teven bother. And that's if I can get something to load at all.
