Ratings and reviews

After many years, you really should add dts, dtshd, eac3, and some other modern formats. Also, DLNA doesn't exist. No support for Chromecast.. And FIRE TV! You didn't move at all (almost) last two years. UX is still confusing and complicated for less experienced users. And why Bass boost slider doesn't work, it's grey and I cannot slide it. I've tried all options but nothing. Private folder DOESN'T work. Still no big improvements.. 😕

Gets worse every time I use it. they keep adding unnecessary functionality. That wouldn't be a problem except the constant intrusive reminders of this new functionality, red dot reminders about stuff I can't even use (currently getting one about subtitles, can't get rid of it) . Just more isn't always better. Stop adding stuff just because you need something to do. On the pos. side, no lag on wireless headphones.

Been using this app for playback of my sports recordings on Plex, much superior to Plex player. Sadly the recent update now gives the message that AC3 audio playback is not supported. I'm using Nvidia Shield Pro. Please fix this ASAP I have escalated this issue to support. It seems like no one cares, I've heard nothing from them since other than an email indicating that they have created a ticket. Seems they've all have left their desks. I've reduced my 5 stars to one. I hope they get it fixed.
