Do not go for Airtel wifi. 1. The connection is not stable. The internet connection sometimes goes out for the entire day in the weekdays. It has happened to me 3 times within 3 months. 2. It is very hard to connect to Airtel helpline as the they have made it very difficult to reach someone who will address your query. 3. Even the person who connects through chatbot, cuts the conversation in between, if he/she is unable to address your query. 4. The query is never solved within the timeline sug

The problem with this app is that it permanently displays the phone numbers whose bill you have searched at some point after signing up for this app {under "Your Bills" list in Pay Bills> Postpaid section}. It doesn't allow any option to clear such list which is an anti-privacy feature in case someone logs in your airtel account from their phone or you hand over your sim to a peer and you want to keep certain contacts private. Please keep this feature in mind in future updates to the app. Thanks

I have been trying to reach a customer service representative by calling Airtel customer care, but I am only getting automated responses and menu options. Despite following the prompts, I have not been able to speak with a single representative. Additionally, several numbers provided on the Airtel app are either not working or invalid. This has been a very frustrating experience and reflects poorly on Airtel's customer care service. My mum's number was recharged and she is not getting any data.
