Their burgers are great and the app works fine. However, I ordered my lunch in advance before they had opened and I got a message from DoorDash (didn't know they would deliver it first of all) that they were not even open. So apparently the app suggests the delivery time should be at the same time as they open, which makes no darn sense. I thought they would open around 10 because the app suggested the delivery to be around 11. This didn't affect me much, but it certainly did affect the driver.

I despise having ads show up after I order. Seriously, on a food ordering app I'm being offered a Sam's club membership discount? Or for Upside cash back? Maybe I'm overreacting but I don't care, there's ads everywhere all the time. As far as what the app is supposed to do, it does it well and without issue. I just can't abide by the ridiculousness of shoving unrelated ads at me in an app dedicated to ordering slightly over-priced but delicious burgers. Shame on you!

Have never been able to even log in. we try and change passwords and it just freezes up.
