Completed task for Idle Magic School within the first 18 hours of downloading the game. the task was to unlock room 3 in world 2 before 1 day. Did not get credited. Per their help, we need to wait 48 hours to contact them if a task is not credited. Waited the timeframe then contacted support as I still did not get my credit. Now I get a response back saying that it is past the time frame for the task and they cannot verify it because it is expired. Not a great look. Careful installing.

The app is easy to navigate and does pay within a few hours to Paypal. I've cashed out about $100 overall. The game selection doesn't change much but does give adequate time to complete. Customer Service is slow on responding to issues. My complaint is if a game ends before my ticket on not receiving credits for a level has resolved then my ticket is ignored even when I provide screenshots. myCashery isnt my top earning app but it works if you play.

*Update* They only responded after a bad review here.They do pay but each time takes longer to be released. Customer Service is a ghost operation and will make up reasons not to pay. I have tickets open for almost a week with no actual human interaction or response to my questions. It could be a 4-star app if they actually interacted with their customers and addressed the problems we are experiencing with tracking stopping and the active games being transferred to completed/expired list.
