I was not able to verify my account and kept getting something went wrong. When I called the customer service they asked me to send a whatsapp message and attach a screenshot of error. I did the same and the executive replied with Hi but never replied back with the resplution. When I mentioned that I booked via other website, they replied back with a Sorry. Such a bad experience. Customer service is not paying attention at all and would love to ignore then to resolve the issue.

One of the worst experience booking the car, they were expecting us to clean the car interior and exterior before giving it back and as interior was a little dusty, they charged 600rs from my refund amount. Do they expect to sit in the car with foot covers for shoe and maintain it? And coming to the car, it's suspension was worn and very uncomfortable ride, no central locking system and bad maintainace. I recommend to go with other apps which are far better. And app is very unfriendly to use.

as simple as it can be for renting a vehicle. they have a good collection and option for daily rental or monthly subscription. the cost also seemed fair. now I only need to pick up the vehicle that I have booked and see the condition of the car.
