latest updates to you guys who want to use this app. don't use it. it is a scam app. I have reached the highest level 16 and still cannot exchange contact. then I ask the customer service at what level they will release all the restrictions and level. they did not reply only saying after level 15 few restrictions will be lifted off. I have spent almost all of the 70k RM in this app. at last I fail my relationship which I started 6 months ago. Now everything is gone, time and money spent here

Thought this app was okay but it was a legit scam!!! Everything is so secured, even if the person wants to exchange contact, the app blocks it! Tried meeting the person yet the app still finds a way to stop you from doing so and always asks for you to recharge. Fyi, me and this person whom I talked to recharge a lot of dias yet still can't see each other's contact number. This app is a legitimate disappointment. It will only scam you for life

OZO Dating App is a scam. You cannot exchange numbers until reaching a very high level, and the app blocks or blurs any attempt to share contact info. I already spent over RM2,000 just to chat, but still cannot connect. Support gives conflicting answers — some say level 10, others say level 15 which equals 1,000,000 diamonds (around RM60,000). Levels don’t increase properly, rules keep changing, and it feels like an endless trap. Don’t waste money here. You don’t spend more in Tinder or Bumble.
