I've used Mydawa for years with no major issues. However of late, the both the app & website seem to have a bug, it's difficult to finalize the order when using cards. I've tried 2 different cards & got the same issue. To make matters worse, the WhatsApp customer care seem to just be tired. I was actually told "Sorry" that I couldn't place my order. Instead of looking for a solution so as to not lose the business. There is a loophole somewhere.

App had a bug. I couldn't select the locations at checkout. Had to restart the app several times so it could work.

App works Ok but communication is very poor. I tried chat and then sent emails asking about a prescription product (price and availability). Never did get a response. I give up.
