Ratings and reviews

The more you use the app, the more you are being punished with prices. It's a very interesting approach from Bolt to make their service more expensive to their loyal customers (I tested it and the increase in price for the same order between a person who barely orders once each 2-3 months and me, who USED TO order once or twice per month, was 25 eur for the 1st and 50 eur! for me. Good luck with that, and goodbye. I've got enough.

If you have an option to pay cash on delivery, use that. I ordered food, the rider was unreachable, tried calling several times to give instructions. I placed my phone down for a few minutes, I came back, two missed calls 3 minutes back. I called, unreachable. I checked the app only to see they wrote it was delivered. I msged bolt, they claimed they cancelled but still didn't refund at least for the FOOD! It was written as delivered. How can a whole Bolt rip off its clients! Who are you serving?

There's no support! They mention it everywhere in the "help" section and it's nowhere to be found. Like what is the actual heck with you? I get delivered botched food and I complain about it in the review and they specifically ask to go to support section, but it's not there! There are a lot of good things to be said about the app, with shiny interface and all, but get the basic functionality first, and add the bells and whistles later. This is how it's done in any proper development environment
