About this app

The MyEndo app hosts a mindfulness course for patients with endometriosis. Endometriosis is a common gynecologic disease affecting 10% of women and an unmeasured number of trans and non-binary individuals. Mindfulness can be an essential component of treatment for this chronic disease but is often difficult to access due to cost and the local availability of experienced providers. This app was created to improve the availability of our endometriosis-focused mindfulness course via a virtual platform, allowing for an improved quality of life when living with endometriosis.

We also aim to expand this app to provide open-access endometriosis-targeted pelvic floor physiotherapy, nutrition, education, exercise/yoga, and evidence-based pain management information soon- stay tuned!
