The myenergi app is the centre of your myenergi ecosystem and a must for anyone who uses our eco smart products.

It provides a simple, visual dashboard to allow you to see just how your devices are working hard to reduce your energy cost and carbon footprint. The app seamlessly connects to all of your myenergi devices, giving you full control and access from anywhere in the world.

Ratings and reviews

It could be great app. Firstly, the delay of the app compared to device action makes everything confusing. Then the reading from solar is wildly different, almost random- sometimes matching the inverter, but mostly not. Scheduled charging-it would be awesome if the charger could hand-shake with car and confirmed it is an authorized vehicle allowed to charge, instead of need to start the session in the app. Often app shows device offline where app restart is required to resolve.

Weirdly esoteric and impossible to understand. I'm an ex ecommerce architect, and I've given up trying to make sense of the app. I do everything by trial and error, and that involves lots of errors with an abundance of days where I have to change plans because my car isn't charged. Hard to see how such a simple service could be this badly designed.

I'm finding this app utterly confounding. it may work well with other my energy devices but with the zappi Glo it seems hardly to work. Displays information which I can get from my solar panel and battery provi app. But charging my car or it's ability so control where the power comes from it's hit and miss or none existent. No way to set it not to charge my car from my storage batteries, it's not well integrated with octopus energy. All of the on line help directs to other devices.
