About this app

The myenergi app is the centre of your myenergi ecosystem and a must for anyone who uses our eco smart products.

It provides a simple, visual dashboard to allow you to see just how your devices are working hard to reduce your energy cost and carbon footprint. The app seamlessly connects to all of your myenergi devices, giving you full control and access from anywhere in the world.

Ratings and reviews

It could be great app. Firstly, the delay of the app compared to device action makes everything confusing. Then the reading from solar is wildly different, almost random- sometimes matching the inverter, but mostly not. Scheduled charging-it would be awesome if the charger could hand-shake with car and confirmed it is an authorized vehicle allowed to charge, instead of need to start the session in the app. Often app shows device offline where app restart is required to resolve.

Quite intuitive, but: 1. as of late the daily statistics don't always work (they seem to struggle with that feature); 2. the weekly and monthly stats, the way they are displayed, are basically pointless; 3. some usability improvement would be advisable on Eco+ and Scheduled Boost. So... at the moment it's only "acceptable".

It's an OK app. You can see how much energy (Kwh) you've used and allows you to put energy costs in for specific tariffs and times, but then doesn't show any £ costings for sessions. This is a big let down. I've friends with different EV charges which will do this. They also keep pushing 'Gridpay' which seems a non starter. No pricing info. No specific info on how it works.
