Stupidly I have bought 2 bottles neither will sync to the app. I have been trying all day to do it. It's not supposed to be this difficult to sync and customer service havent gotten back to me. The fact that the light is working would suggest there is nothing wrong with the bottle but infact with the app and pairing. Should have read the reviews before buying. If I can't get it to work will be returning them. As it stands very disappointed.

It connects to only 1 bottle! If you want to use it in the office and at home, you have to carry the same bottle back and forth! Even bluetooth tracking devices as small as Trackr can connect to multiple devices, but not this one. Strangely, nowhere this limitation is mentioned, not even when you purchase multiple bottles.

Hi Liziane, thank you for the suggestion, we will think about this option for next releases. At the moment the app is meant for one bottle use only, since for most of our users this is their use case. Thank you for understanding!

I love this app and the smart bottle itself. It is super precise and all amount of water I consume it counts super well. What I would improve is the way the bottle notifies about the time to drink. It could flash and send a notification to phone. In such way we would always know it is the time. Now you have to always have the bottle in front of you if you don't want to miss it. While if there was a notification to the phone my smart watch would also vibrate and I would always know when is time.
