Samsung provided the wireless charger banner finally and received the wireless charger too. But cancelled the ordered TUMI back cover. As a customer 1st approach you should have provided that too because of the inconvenience caused to a genuine customer.
When I opened the app. 1st time it asked for all details for sign up & after that when opened the app. saw to my surprise that all the features are not showing like movies, music Etc. After uninstalling the app. again installed, same issue on my brand new S7 edge. What's the point of this app. when all features are not visible. The version downloaded version was 2.83. NEED HELP TO SOLVE THIS??? My wife's S7 has this app with all features.
Guys have not received my free Tumi case for my S8 pluz as promised.Will u respond to this.5 stars is cos am a loyal Samsung customer. Let me know how to escalate this.cheers
Hey galaxy your app was going so nicely then why did you removed the korean dramas. Now this app contains totally useless entertainment content. And thus you are loosing yor customers these days.!!!
I prebooked s8 and activated it using other sim. I dnt get the wireless charger as it was mentioned while prebooking. I activated my phne using other sim...when i contacted customer care, they told me to reedem with it the same num with which i booked.I contacted customer care many times but there was no response n i even contacted my galaxy ..this shows the ignorance towards the customers...this app is not at all useful to communicate..
I have booked galaxy S8 on 22 April and got my phone on 2nd may and same day I have inserted same number of SIM through which I had booked Samsung galaxy s8 and registered on my galaxy app..but till now I haven't received any coupon code for wireless charger.
