Samsung Care+ in My Galaxy App is throwing "Something went wrong" error. Not able to enter the activation code where the code completely useless. There is a resolution for the issue from customer care as well. This issue was observed in two devices of M12 (bought on 21 Mar). It is very frustrating and customer care can't understand the issue even we are saying in layman language. Samsung like big company not able to fix the issue is very very worst part.

There's a bug where the app cannot synchronize with the existing samsung account in the account manager preventing access to "upgrade verification" and "samsung care+". This has been the case for the past year and it still hasn't been fixed. I wish to replace my current phone but I cannot due to this bug. Whats the point of spending a lakh on phones and getting such reliability of apps.

Galaxy store has stopped Yes this is the warning we get frequently on our mobile screen as priority notification which needs to be clicked "close app" to disappear. And during all this process our mobile screen doesn't work means it gets hang. Worst app ever! Couldn't understand why this app even exist in all the Samsung mobile phones without any usage, and occupies internal storage without any benefits to the user. Hope I would get a way out to fix this problem.
