I am using Samsung S24 Ultra and I am unable to sign up in the My Galaxy app. It keeps showing “Internal error, please reboot the device” and after restarting it says “My Galaxy login is not possible on this device.” I installed the app directly from Play Store and tried clearing cache and reinstalling but the issue still continues. Please fix this problem.

Will never trust Samsung India products again. I had stopped buying Samsung electronic products 15 years ago due to quality and service issues. I started buying again hoping. Disappointed again. Quality has deteriorated even further. As soon as the warranty period ends, electronic products start developing snags after each update download. Suspicious.And the customer service employees are trained to frustrate complaining customers.And then they ask to pay exorbitant prices for parts replacement.

device heating, Battery drain, hardware is good but one ui 7 is getting all these problems (without opening any application RAM usage is very very high) getting heat at back side, need os update, ui ux change, animation settings have been on and off
