Customer service are also fantastically helpful as I'd made a slight error in my order, however they were quick to assist in amending this information and ensuring my delivery was completed. The flowers looked totally different from what I ordered, so don't bother ordering expensive stuff. They will replace it with whatever they want. *ADDED LATER*. Another order was missing a box of candy. Customer service DID NOT TRUST ME that my relatives did not receive chocolate. They trusted their florist instead. Wow. Do not recommend

Discusting service, I ordered flowers to be delivered from Australia to uk after placing my order I checked my emails and it stated they would be delivered the next day!! Which I didn't want as I requested delivery 4 days after placing the order so I knew I had plenty of time. I rectified that... then on the day they were due to be delivered at 2am the next day ( actually 10.20pm uk time) they sent me an email stating my flowers hadn't been delivered due to technical problems 😑 REALLY !!!!
