Ratings and reviews

This app is pointless. You will only get a callback appointment the next day, while booking appointments directly with the clinic is much faster, easier, reliable. Worse, lab results are always missing or significantly delayed. This creates unnecessary problems when I need to share medical reports between specialists, especially those outside the IHH network. I have hard copies of reports obtained directly from the specialist clinic, yet those same reports still don't appear in the app.

Garbage app. Customer service is like a robot answering your question without even validating repeatedly. Alresdy mention data is missing multiple times, yet kept responding saying data is in without checking. Useless app.

Unable to log in.After updating the new version the app need to be relogin,and I have tried many time it showed up 'you have enter the incorrect email or password'even I entered the correct one.Can someone of the app developer tell me how to solve this problem?
