Ratings and reviews

I found that some of the information was incorrect with one of my reports. I emailed customer service and they responded initially, but have not gotten back to me with a solution and my free trial is long over. My suggestion for the company would be extend your free trial to at least a week, respond to your potential customers with a solution to the perceived problem. Especially when you ask them for additional information. I was really interested in your app, then you stopped responding.

Overall good app and I like using it. Plan to continue using it regularly. Well put together and seems pretty comprehensive. Grammar and wording in the readings could be improved upon. The little add person icon in the top right corner of the bodygraph page only adds partners and not children. If you add a person to the wrong category it does not seem clear how you can remove them.

So far it's interesting. It seems to go more into depth most than most apps I've came acrossed. The issue is it keeps exiting out of the app. It stops responding! You can't even read through the whole thing before it does so. It lags a lot, very slow to respond when it is loading. It's very agitating to say the least! Definitely needs some work. Price is pretty expensive too, for it to not be running smoothly and it's also been out for more than 2 years. No way it should this poorly functioning
