Recent update broke the app. All I get is a black screen and it completely locks up my phone. Update: they updated the app, but now it doesn't communicate with my scale. I have dealt with customer service, but they just tell me it works. When I try to re-pair, the screen goes to black, the app freezes, and it eventually crashes. This company does not care about their products or their customers.

UPDATE: The black screen has been fixed, but I lost BTooth pairing and it would not unpair. I signed out, changed my password, signed back in and it is now working. All old data is intact! This would be 5 stars but for the trouble. ORIGINAL: The latest update released Feb 23rd, bricked the app. It starts, you see the splash screen but then a black, unresponsive screen. This app, when working correctly, was pretty great, and integrated with Fitbit just fine for historical/overall health trending.

I've been using this app for a couple of years, and for the most part, it's okay. In this day and age where a lot of our doctor visits are remote, it's important to be able to export data to send to your doctor ahead of time. Since there is no export function on this app I'm forced to enter data manually into an Excel spread sheet. Everything else I use will export data, bp, hr, o2, temp, etc. Now, after the last update, it no longer loads. I have a black screen.
