换了新手机,用同一个谷歌邮箱登陆却不能用。然后按指示走流程,重新扣一次钱。2021年6月25日投诉,谷歌商店答应退款。但很快来邮件,拒绝退款,并要求我更换付费银行卡。按照要求更改了付费银行卡,谷歌商店表示2个月里退款。6月28日,收到"学习西班牙语"app的邮件,说明该软件是一次性付费软件并让我将付费记录截图发给他们。但是,当我截图时,发现是"已退款",但账户没钱。6月29日,收到退款,望改进
