I’m facing a critical issue with the app. The activation code (OTP) is not being delivered consistently, and the application frequently crashes (Same as old Btech app )or throws errors during the process. This makes it impossible to complete registration or login. This is a serious usability problem that needs immediate attention.

Payment through the application has been disabled so that we have to pay at the branch and be charged the new payment fees you implemented without even announcing them. Of course, you did this so that—just like you say in your messages—pay through the application and there will be no payment fees.

Still waiting for my account to be activated. It has been over 5 days now with no progress. Very disappointing experience so far
