The worst experience ever with an installment company. My account got rejected for no clear reason, and nobody wants to explain why.They just told me I can't even try again for 6 months.The customer service agent said it's an internal evaluation, but the whole thing took less than 5 minutes from the moment I put in my details! How did they even have time to evaluate anything that fast!! ​I don't recommend it. There are other companies out there that are way better and actually respect people.

I’m facing a critical issue with the app. The activation code (OTP) is not being delivered consistently, and the application frequently crashes (Same as old Btech app )or throws errors during the process. This makes it impossible to complete registration or login. This is a serious usability problem that needs immediate attention.
