The amount of times this shuts me out because the 'session is expired' is ridiculous!!!! The coverage is already fairly terrible, but the app won't tell you all of your benefits, only some of them. Fix the authentication and session Expiration at the very least. Oh, and stop asking me to rate this app.

DON'T GET THIS IT'S A SCAM. They will lie to you on the phone, it's not a good deal like they will tell you. It's a "non-profit" organization that lies to people to get a quick buck. The site is terribly designed on purpose, the ID cards/claims pages do not load so you won't ever get to actually use it. This isn't just a simple app glitch, this is by design as it does the exact same on their website. Cut off your card too if you've already given it bc they WILL steal money after you cancel.

Can't stay logged in. App asks for my username and password and when I enter information it asks about enabling biomechanics. Did that and the pops up that my session has ended and I need to login again. Might be a decent app but can't tell because the login is trash.
