When searching from this app, it redirects to web sites that are not optimized for mobile devices. Yeesh. When searching in Tricare networ, an annoying full screen green banner pops up with every search and has to be acknowledged. Seems to me that acknowledging once at when entering search would be sufficient. Everything about this app is annoying and useless IMO

Absolutely aweful user experience and cannot find actual useful information easily like an Explanation of Benefits. The site is a joke and bounces you around and then when you finally get a search icon it does not recognize the search. This site is a poor excuse to support the needs of an individual and to help them if they have questions. The only way to get answers is an email or to call. In this Era is should be able to that all online.

I just got this insurance, I have tried multiple times to log into the app but after it does my UN and PW it asks for fingerprint accepts it then gives an error message about not being logged in and makes me repeat the process.
