The MyMotive App gives you complete control of your knee pain relief therapy. Paired with the Motive device, the App allows you to start Motive therapy sessions, track your progress, set goals, and manage your Motive Journey to lasting knee pain relief.

Extremely clunky app for such an expensive device. The app requires the user to sign in each time they use it in addition to an emailed access code. The app frequently crashes and is slow. *Update* the app now requires that I uninstall and reinstall it each time I use it. Otherwise it is in perpetual load mode. Force stopping doesn't do the trick

At this point I hate this app. I paid a bunch of money to use the MyMotive knee pain relief system which you have to have this app to use. The app freezes before I even get hooked up, so I cannot even use the app or equipment. I want my money back or this fixed. Without being able to hook up the app to the pad the whole program is useless. I have restarted the phone, reinstalled the app and everything else I can do, but the app freezes up and I cannot use it

The app is constantly freezing up. It keeps me from using the knee wrap! I've uninstalled then installed again numerous times, and no help!
