It's an easy app to use. The only issues I have with the app are the lack of information from merchants, the lack of connection, or how you have more than one account holder the app only allows 1 phone number so when it randomly asked for you to enter a pin, I have to bother my husband (even if he's at work) just to get into OUR account! It's frustrating at times. I've tried changing information and it doesn't allow for that.....A few minor changes and additions and this would be a 5 stat app!

Worst banking app ever. Constantly have issues with logging in even though the username and password are correct. it's so common that their default answer is, "You can just login through the website if the problem persists." That defeats the point of having the app. I don't want my secure banking information going out over a typical internet browser. The worst part is, it's been this way for years. Apparently there is no intention to ever fix it. Cheap, low tech garbage. Shame on flagstar.

Absolutely AWFUL. Was traveling (like I always do, my bank was supposed to know that because I TOLD THEM THAT) and they turned the card off because they thought my account was compromised. I couldn't view my account either because this app only seems to work about 10 percent of the time. I called them and they said I had to wait an hour for the card to work. an hour passes, still doesn't work. I couldn't eat for 15 hours because of their incompetence and GARBAGE APP!!! almost left me stranded!!!
