This app is broken. It keeps turning off my biometrics so I have to remember one of 1000 passwords to get in. When I try the chat, it freezes on the privacy warning screen. And every time I log in, it gives me a pop-up wanting me to allow notifications. NO! NEVER!How many times do I have to click no?? Find someone who CAN fix the app maybe??

This app was working great until all of a sudden it doesn't accept biometrics anymore. I apparently wrote down the wrong user name and/or password so I can't login. I don't have a member number because they don't include it on mortgage statements and without it you can't register, or reset or do anything. I hate internet only stuff because as soon as it stops working you are completely screwed and that's where I am with this app and their website too.

Had to set up an account. And you have to set you birthday by month and can't go back years at a time. This bank was so frustrating to deal with I ended up having my loan bought out by another. And this bank still is taking money out of my account. Hundreds more then the loan was... beware of this app and this bank/credit union. They won't find anything wrong in their system.
