This app was working great until all of a sudden it doesn't accept biometrics anymore. I apparently wrote down the wrong user name and/or password so I can't login. I don't have a member number because they don't include it on mortgage statements and without it you can't register, or reset or do anything. I hate internet only stuff because as soon as it stops working you are completely screwed and that's where I am with this app and their website too.

Like many others have said, this app used to be great, the photo check deposit was awesome! Since the recent update it is unreliable. I have not been able to login at all for week or two despite uninstalling, reinstalling, turning off and on again and updating permissions. It shuts down during the login process everytime. with so many other reviews saying the same thing, this seems like it is a bigger system issue that needs to be addressed...and no, I don't have time to call customer support.

Something changed with this app recently and now snapshot rarely, if ever, works. Even though I'm logging in from the same trusted device, multiple times per week, it's refusing to let me preview my balances and says that I must log in again for "security purposes". This is really annoying after snapshot worked fine for months. Additionally, because the manual logins are required, I can no longer use the fingerprint login, even though it's still enabled! Uninstall and reinstall fixed nothing.
