UPDATE 2 years later: I tried again with a Pixel 3. The app still does not work. Trying to take a picture of a check shows only a black screen. I would still love if OCCU would fix the app, but it seems they are not interested. Sadly, we will have change banks because of this, since we moved out of the area and have no way to make deposits. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The app crashes all the time. Even when it stays open, it doesn't allow me to consistently deposit checks remotely. It seems like it can't make my camera focus correctly, even though it works fine in other apps. Sometimes I can get it to work, but that's the exception to the rule. I would love if OCCU would fix this app.

Since last update, the app crashes every time I try to take a photo for the mobile check deposit. After 10-15 tries, it finally works. Seems to crash as soon as the camera tries to focus or the screen auto rotates. It's great being able to manage credit card payments from the app now, but sometimes my transaction/credit history doesn't load or is outdated by a week. It's still an app I can't live without.

Based on your feedback we have made some enhancements, please update your app to version 4.1 and let us know if your experience has improved.

Needs updating. When updated I'd give it high marks, but it's late January and it's showing account information from early November! Please, PLEASE, update the app!!!! Also, it has never had their credit card services fully integrated. When I've spoken with bank management, I'm always told that it will be in a month or so (couple of years into hearing that). It'd be great to have all the banking information from our bank in one place on your phone. Love OCCU; frustrated with this app.
