Only works maybe half the time. Either the app is down for maintenance making my money inaccessible or there is an unexplained error. Tonight I was trying to buy food and my card would only approve $2 at a time. Luckily I had cash or I wouldnt have had any food. Idk why we had to get a new app but the old one worked far better than this 'improved' one. I'm kind of wondering if I should switch banks.

Very user friendly and has split second transaction speed. The response time from customer service agents is unbelievably fast from the people who know me personally from my own branch. The options on the app go way beyond any banking app I've ever used before. Highly recommend them.

This app used to be great. Now if I want to use it, I have to uninstall and reinstall everytime. It gives me network errors and says I'm not connected to my wifi on the screen immediately. Everything else works on my phone, no network or wifi issues. Just the app.
