Ratings and reviews

The provider search is out of date. I searched for a provider and that provider didn't show up. Customer service told me that it isn't updated. Also, the app doesn't always work. Claims will just magically disappear for weeks and then reaper. This app needs some serious work.

Says I have quite an insane level of denied claims, I would literally be in crazy debt if they were accurate but they are not at all. Genuinely terrible app.

Provider search is a blank page. Also does not have biometric access. I have received 6 emails telling me to use the app, but the app is not completed?
