Very misleading, they make it seem like it is easy to cancel subscription but they beat around the bush about how to do this. You have to go the Google play store to cancel the subscription, so why bother to have a cancel subscription option on their website? It tells you something went wrong and to please try again. Makes you think it's just a temporary glitch, not because you are doing it incorrectly. Cust svc is vague too. Plant info was stuff I already got free online so app was useless.

Dropping from 2 to 1 star, because I now get spam from around the world after using this app! Coincidence? Maybe... Could only add 3 plants to an area. Kept trying to scan new ones, but the same 3 remained despite clicking the desire to add their care plan. Based on this, I decided not to buy the plan for tracking watering, disease, etc. If I can only track 3 at a time, it won't work for my 25+ plants.

horrible app. tried the trial but it wasn't what I expected so I tried to cancel before being charged (which by the way they only give you 3 days to try) was unable to cancel each time I tapped on cancel subscription I kept getting a message saying "error. try again later". tried for a day and a half unsuccessful and was there for charged the I had also reached out on their contact us page and got no response. terrible app
