I was skeptical about using an app for plant identification, but Plantum has won me over. the process is quick and painless just take a photo and voila! the app gives you a detailed breakdown of your plant, including its needs and potential problems. the care reminders have been particularly helpful. I've forgotten to water my plants way too many times before, but now I never miss a beat. one thing I'd love to see added is more information on common pests and diseases.

so i downloaded and couldnt even look at a plant without adding credit card. just to see if it works. not cool. price for subscription yearly is good. but if i cant get a demo. i dont see the point. im about action. this requires a reaction to use. even the trial needs a payment method entered. stuck on homescreen awaiting my decision to spend my cash. especially when most purchases are a hassle to get a refund if not up to par or just a terrible app.

I paid $5.99 for this app when I had my iphone. I switched to an android recently and I reached out to see if I can obtain the subscription I paid for. I was told no because "Unfortunately, this is the reality of 90% of all of the apps presented in the App Store". I paid for the subscription and used my google account, my phone shouldn't have anything to do with that. Bottom line, you want to charge $19.99 for an android annual subscription. What a scam. Poor customer service!
