I wish it worked better. I'll open it and it just sits there trying to load. I try it several times. Next day it might open. I wish I could order groceries on the app instead of being redirected to a website. It would be nice to look at ads and be able to add to the cart instead of a list. I get redirected and have to enter it in again. Why have the list when I have to search for it again anyway? Please redo this app. Hy-Vee has a great app. You can add stuff to the cart there.

Pharmacy screen times out and erases what you've spent time typing in. This screen should NEVER time out! Serious UI/UX garbage. Update: So instead of fixing the Pharmacy problems, they just removed it. Lame.

The Kansas City, KS location is horrible and stereotypes people coming and going. Issues with management security during the day you name it. Customers beware check your dates on food. My suggestion is not to go to self-checkout unless in a hurry. They usually only have 2 to 3 lanes open anyway. If you can take your business elsewhere.
