There are some good advisors. I have found one who is great! Some seem like they are just there to get paid though. Some won't do the standard follow-up questions for clarity & a lot won't answer you in the introductory messages you send them. Kinda creates the wrong kind of vibe. With it being pretty expensive to get a reading, these things take away from the whole experience. They are better apps out there that run regular discount specials & the advisors seem to want to help. Choose wisely.

I used to LOVE this app. I had a psychic I went to often on here. Over the last few months however, it's gone down hill. The advisors can't read the full message I send, even if it's under the 3,000 character limit. So they have to guess. Because they guess you get a general generic reading without your questions being answered. Some of the advisors, including the one I went to often, have become very rude. I have to pay 2 sometimes even 3 times just to get my question answered. Very sad.

Poor customer service. I tried buying credits twice because it kept saying the purchase didn't go through, when in fact both purchases did go through. Yet, I did not receive any credits in my account. I reached out to customer service and they asked me to send the amount I spent plus screenshots. I wasn't able to send screenshots but I told them the amount. Then, no response from them.
