Ratings and reviews

The application works well for many of the basic purposes but when using a razr plus, and comparing to the app on iOS, there appears to be no way to view the insurance card. The buttons on the bottom of the iOS app are not present in the android app so functionality is missing or the feature I seek is hidden in a different series of steps.

EMBLEM HEALTH is a fair site and it does serve a purpose;but, it is terribly inefficient;it is subject to constant maintenance and upgrades and it is not too terribly receptive to new registrations, new applicants. It seems that it would behoove one to apply with the Oxford Plan, a superior plan,but it is costly monthly. The staff is very pleasant and they offer directions.

This app is absolute trash. How am I being prompted via the app to buy a better phone and get better service. Tell me you're a loan service provider then so at least I can understand the flagrantly dismissive automated messages. I can't get any assistance via the support team and I'm constantly being told to renew my service when I already have done so. Someone is dropping the ball and some how it all rest on the customers.
