Ratings and reviews

Poor design. You can only search for providers based on distance, which is quite limiting. Ironically this could be causing higher costs to the insurer especially due to telehealth. When viewing claims in the app, it does not show claims in process when filtering by provider. The app also says eyecare benefits are managed through Eyemed , however Eyemed says I don't have an account. They should clarify as to whether that is for preventive visits.

can't use it. A black popup prevents from using it. The popup is completely blank a part from a link that brings you to biometric settings. No directions. It will not allow you to bypass the screen or biometric settings. useless!

I'm already rating this one star. You can't type in your date of birth, you have to click back month by month to pick it from a calendar. I'm 396 months old. Rediculous.
