If you already use the ADT Smart Services app to manage, set, unset your smart security system this will not change.

Ratings and reviews

Not been able to register at all to use MyADT app and keep chasing with ADT buy it is useless...not sure I'll bother with all the bad reviews. The whole system is flawed and no-one seems to take any accountability.

Doesn't allow booking of an inspection, same as the website, you have to go through each day for a given month and the message states the system could not process the request. Just a waste of time. Call the number shown and they can't help either!!!

I'm keep trying to register through this app, but I get stuck because I can't select my country, and it's required to get the SUBMIT button to highlight and submit it. Waste of my time so I'll uninstall this waste of space and use the website.
