If you already use the ADT Smart Services app to manage, set, unset your smart security system this will not change.

Ratings and reviews

This is a hopeless mess of an app. You input the required date, but can go no further as it will not allow you to select a timeslot. Meaning I still had to call and wait to speak to someone. A complete waste of space and data.

I was so pleased when I heard of this app. I could change keyholders etc without calling ADT direct (the telephony people are really helpful I must say). Tried to change the keyholders this morning and it wouldn't accept changes. Not helpful. Phoned the telephony helpline and was sorted in minutes complete with call-back. ADT you need to sort this app, it is damaging your professionalism and reputation!

A completely useless and pointless app, wait a week for an activation code only to find you can't book a single date on it, it just directs you to a phone number. I could have used a phone at any point. Update: app is still completely useless after another 12 months, still can't book a single date on it but, now not even given a phone number to call. That's progress for you.
