I can't see the card or download it. I've been waiting for over a month and a half for a physical copy of the card. receptionist was really rude, couldn't help. but kept me on the line regardless over 30 min to finally say so. this app sucks. I would rather give NO STARS

Useless. Freezes all the time. @ developer/metroplus, please don't tell me to contact you with more info... Open the app and sign in as a member then start using it. It will freeze after 2 or 3 clicks no matter what you doing

Freezes within minutes of trying to use the app. When I open the app it shows a prompt that I don't have API access. Can't accomplish one single task on it.
