I can't see the card or download it. I've been waiting for over a month and a half for a physical copy of the card. receptionist was really rude, couldn't help. but kept me on the line regardless over 30 min to finally say so. this app sucks. I would rather give NO STARS

Useless. Freezes all the time. @ developer/metroplus, please don't tell me to contact you with more info... Open the app and sign in as a member then start using it. It will freeze after 2 or 3 clicks no matter what you doing

Absolutely time wasting, I have applied 1 month ago, but my card has not been sent to my address. Now,they do not have information about the previous card in the system and even after 35 days ,I am still unable to create my id in their application. And to solve the id problem they need 5 business days.very slow and poor quality.
