Keeps saying "authentication failed" when I try to log in but I am able to log in to the dashboard via the web browser without issue. Also, I have been trying to sign up for the ChooseHealthy program and the link is broken. I have reached out so many times and still has not been fixed.

this app sucks!!! it's going on week two and they still have not got it fixed so you can't even go in and pay your premium or anything like that. have contacted Moda health many of times and they are not fixing it.

not very functional. it lists providers taking new patients then you call the offices and they're not taking new patients. it took forever to find a primary care taking new patients even though there were many providers listed on the app taking new patients.
