Ratings and reviews

Seemed okay at first, but customer service is lacking. I was told I purchased the lifetime membership even sent in the receipt never hearing back. They make you pay every year if you use the app or not. If you skip 3 years get ready on year 4 to pay all 4 years. The software WILL mess up at the end of your yearly subscription, they will assure you it us nothing they did. Save your over $2800, other software works don't get sucked into this.

Very expensive, lacks support, if you missed an update no worry... They will charge you for all missed updates before you can start again. Paid for lifetime support on a tablet just send proof and no one will call back... AVOID THIS, get a month to month from anyone else.

Probably the most user unfriendly app I've ever used. Horribly designed interface. Making notes is a chore and more often than not they don't save properly and have to be rewritten from scratch.
