A 1 star rating is too high. I'd give it zero if I could. The app doesn't consistently connect to the motor. It can detect the motor but not when it comes to applying the mandatory firmware upgrade. I contacted support and they finally got it to apply the first part of the firmware but it failed on the 2nd part. Multiple attempts and resets later I gave up and shipped the hardware back to Amazon. Mabey once they go out of business, someone will buy the patents and make a working product.

I really wish this worked well but I am having problem after problem. When I try to click "set location" it glitches and cancels. When I try to add a bridge it says its added in the app but then can't find it after that. These guys are so close to having a product that works but they're still short.

I think the company shut down. The app was always buggy. No one answers the support line any more. Emails to support get a zendesk automated response. No one responds. Everyone must have left suddenly and left the support server on as I get an email pretty regularly asking me to rate the support I received (what support?) Too bad. The perfect was close to being very good, but the company never took the time to fix the Android app. I didn't see many reviews complaining about the Apple app though.
