Seemed to have everything I could need for my dad. I was even willing to pay the subscription fee if it proved to work the way we needed during the free trial. But it's advertised as being smart watch compatible, which is what my dad needs, and it's Not. I tried reaching out to customer support and they ignored me. Plus too many ads that pop up when you open the app, which would get in the way of using it during an emergency. Utter disappointement. No, I did Not confuse it with another app.

This app makes you pay if you want to use the app! How ridiculous. They didn't even tell me after I had downloaded it and set it to upt thinking my son would be a little more protected just to find out they randomly send an email saying it's disconnected?! Liars. What a waste of data and time. And I won't pay for it so guess it's getting deleted. The least you can do is tell us from the beginning it's a paid service.
