I posted a review earlier giving the app one star since most everything they offer for a fee is already available on my phone for free. They have been very responsive and we have had a good dialogue about other features I feel it needs. Primary among them is the fact that for the SOS app to work, you have to be conscious and able to access and open the phone and interact with their app. My concern is that none of that works if I am laying unconscious on the floor. They explained the technical problems surrounding that type of function and that these issues may be addressed in the future. I am upping my rating to 3 stars since they have been so responsive. And I look forward to seeing in the future if they are able to provide a function that alerts if you are incapacitated.

Update: The developers fixed the bug and its working well! I am impressed with how promt they were and how efficient they were at fixing the timer! This app has been a big help in keeping me connected with friends and family when in sketchy situations. I highly recommend this app to anyone in need of a safety net. So I really love the app but since the update the timer crashes and thats what i use the app for.

Not only is app well thought out and well designed the support service is among the best I've experienced. CAN I ADD A SIXTH STAR? Having to contact them again recently I found despite that what appears to be massive growth the service remains every bit as it was when I first joined. And any organisation that reduces it's charges because of the financial stress people are under is exceptional. Spread the word about this superb organisation at every opportunity.
