Seemed to have everything I could need for my dad. I was even willing to pay the subscription fee if it proved to work the way we needed during the free trial. But it's advertised as being smart watch compatible, which is what my dad needs, and it's Not. I tried reaching out to customer support and they ignored me. Plus too many ads that pop up when you open the app, which would get in the way of using it during an emergency. Utter disappointement. No, I did Not confuse it with another app.

Very easy to set up and use. Powerful features which can help to save lives. Good SOS timer alert feature which will notify contacts in case something happened to me if i don't confirm my safety in time. By working even if phone is off or no signal, probably the contacts will be notified unless the cloud fails too. The automatic call has preset message so all I need to do is set the timer and message.

Didnt work for me. Installed and tested OK. It then wants you to see payment plans. All I got was a spinning egg timer. Other apps on my phone work fine. Maybe it's trying to access locations on my phone that are not permitted. One comment I read in a company reply was they had checked call and sms records. I think that needs further explanation. Which call and sms records can they read? Probably OK but explanation needed. I'm not able to give a full review.
