About this app

Our exercises will help you boost your understanding of stuttering, and teach you mental and other techniques of managing and accepting it. Use breathing exercises to learn to be calm. Our Thought Tracker feature allows you to write your thoughts and feelings and view them whenever you like, allowing you to express yourself to...yourself, and see your progress over time. You can chat with other users of the app who are the same as you and share progress and experience with each other.
